Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled components in their original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement parts within 5-7 business days.
