Do Hayes bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a basic tool kit and a comprehensive assembly guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for accessories and components?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened accessories in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do your frames come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Hayes Bicycle frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for one year.
